RESIDENTIAL HOUSE
The residential project is conceived as a volume developed over two levels, whose siting responds to criteria of solar orientation, efficiency, and a controlled relationship with the surrounding context.
The proposal defines an architecture of contemporary language, where exposed concrete assumes a leading role, providing character, materiality, and expression to the overall composition.
The spatial organization is structured around a clear distinction between public and private domains, articulated through fluid transitions that enhance the spatial experience. Natural light, solar control, and the continuity between interior and exterior spaces are established as fundamental variables in shaping the project.
